30 DAY GUARANTEED NO QUIBBLE RETURNS POLICY

We are confident that you will be happy with our products. However, if you change your mind for any reason, you can return them within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the cost of the items in full – no quibble, no fuss.  

To return an item:

Simply contact our customer service team (Tel:+44 1174 721 612 or email sales@rgr-engineering.com) with an internal reference number, dispatch note number or invoice number and they will provide you with a returns number and more information on how to return the goods.

Once the goods are received, we will process the return and credit your account within 7 days.

Terms & Conditions

  • The goods must be in an unused condition and fit for resale. This will be at our discretion when assessing the returns claim.
  • Appropriate packaging must be used to ensure that the goods are not damaged during transit. Damages incurred during transit may impact your returns claim.
  • Any instruction manuals and accessories must also be included to process your returns claim.
  • The goods must be processed and dispatched for return within 30 days of receipt of goods by the customer.
  • Non-catalogue goods must be discussed on an individual basis with RGR Engineering Customer Services.
  • All return shipments must be made to: RGR Engineering ltd, Henleaze House, 13 Harbury Road, Bristol, BS94PN.
  • In the unlikely event that RGR Engineering has made an error with the shipment of goods, RGR Engineering will arrange to collect goods from the customer. Our sales staff will advise you if this is the case.
  • All returns must include a RGR Engineering issued returns label.
